Scope of application

You are making a reservation on a website that uses the online reservations system of hotelinfo Ltd. England and its technology provider.

The present General Terms and Conditions apply to reservations that you make yourself via the online reservations systems of hotelinfo Ltd. England and its technology provider.

Reservations System

The current online reservations system has real-time access to effective data and the actual availabilities of the individual hotels, it places effective reservations directly with the individual hotels.

Insofar as reservations are made, the present online reservations system may only be used for effectively required bookings, which are subsequently also taken up, and not for fake bookings (e.g. test bookings) or fictitious reservations.

Making reservations

Each reservation will be forwarded to the hotel in question on your behalf by hotelinfo Ltd. England and its technology provider.

Accommodation contract

The accommodation contract is formed directly between you and the hotel you have selected, as the reservation is being made. hotelinfo Ltd. England is not a party to this accommodation contract.

Payment

You pay the room price that is confirmed by the hotelinfo Ltd. England online reservations system. This payment will be debited by hotelinfo Ltd. from the credit card provided at the time of booking, if you made your booking before 31/01/09, all bookings from 01/02/09 will have their card debited by RelaxInnz, this payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival.

Credit card

A valid credit card is required for making hotel reservations via the online reservations system of hotelinfo Ltd. England.

Your credit card is initially used as a guarantee to secure the reservation and will only be charged by RelaxInnz Ltd. England two days prior to arrival. If the specified credit card ceases to be valid between the time the reservation is made and the arrival date, then the hotel concerned shall be entitled to cancel the reservation at any time without consulting you. You shall not have any entitlement to accommodation in this case.

Reservation status

Your reservation has ‘guaranteed’ status until two days prior to arrival after which it is a confirmed pre-paid booking.

Cancellations

In order to avoid any misunderstandings, all cancellations must be made via the online reservations system of hotelinfo Ltd. England via www.relaxinnz.co.uk

Your reservation confirmation will specify a cancellation deadline (noon two days prior to arrival); up until this deadline, cancellations can be made free-of-charge. If the reservation is cancelled after this date, then the individual cancellation terms of the individual hotel shall apply.

In the event of accommodation not being taken up, without any cancellation, then a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for the full cost of the stay.

Latest check-in time at all properties is 11pm.

Hotel categories and hotel information

The customary international hotel classification system with stars gives a non–binding indication of the standard of the hotel, as assessed by the hotel itself. All the additional information and descriptions pertaining to the hotel are also based on information from the hotel itself.

hotelinfo Ltd. England does not give any guarantee regarding the correctness or completeness of the hotel categories and information specified.

Room prices

All prices are specified per room and per night and include all service charges and the statutory value added tax.

The reservation confirmation will specify whether additional services are included in the room price (e.g. breakfast, evening meal, etc.).

Miscellaneous

All the data has been compiled with the greatest possible care. No liability can be assumed, however, for any errors during data capture or data transmission.

The inclusion of data in other data carriers, including excerpts of the data, or the use of the data for purposes other than those intended here, is only permitted with the express permission of hotelinfo Ltd. England.

English law shall apply. The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction shall be London England.
