Payment

You pay the stated pound sterling (GBP) room price that is confirmed by the Relaxinnz.co.uk England online reservations system. This payment will be debited by Relaxinnz.co.uk England 48 hours prior to arrival for accommodation reservations.

Credit card

A valid credit card is required for making hotel reservations via the online reservations system of Relaxinnz.co.uk England.

Your credit card is initially used as a guarantee to secure the reservation and will only be charged by RelaxInnz.co.uk England two days prior to arrival. If the specified credit card ceases to be valid between the time the reservation is made and the arrival date, then the hotel concerned shall be entitled to cancel the reservation at any time without consulting you. You shall not have any entitlement to accommodation in this case.

Reservation status

Your reservation has ‘guaranteed’ status until two days prior to arrival after which it is a confirmed pre-paid booking.

Cancellations

In order to avoid any misunderstandings, all cancellations must be made via the online reservations system www.relaxinnz.co.uk

Your reservation confirmation will specify a cancellation deadline (noon two days prior to arrival); up until this deadline, cancellations can be made free-of-charge. If the reservation is cancelled after this date, then the individual cancellation terms of the individual hotel shall apply.

In the event of accommodation not being taken up, without any cancellation, then a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for the full cost of the stay.
