The Exchange suite is split over two levels with the main room, bar and dance floor located on the ground floor with a first floor galleried level overlooking it. The suite has a private entrance but can be entered internally through the hotels real ale bar.

For corporate entertaining or large functions the suite can accommodate up to 240 people. Or for smaller more formal meetings this room can be set up theatre/board room style for 30 guests
